Placement Fees
A R400 registration fee is payable by all employers upon registration. Our placement fees are once-off and only payable after a successful placement has been madeโright at the end of the process.
Kindly note that placement fees are non-refundable.
What is the Guarantee period?
When you hire a nanny through our agency, we include aย Guarantee Periodย in your placement package.
Think of it as yourย safety net.
โขย The guarantee period startsย from the very first dayย your new nanny begins working with you.
โขย If, during this period, something doesnโt work out โ whether the nanny resigns or the placement isnโt the right fit โ you can let us know.
โขย As long as you follow all the necessaryย legal and fair proceduresย to release the employee, we will step in toย find you a replacement nanny at no extra cost.
Please note: while we will replace the candidate, theย placement fee is non-refundable.
