placement fees
A R400 registration fee is payable by all employers upon registration. Our placement fees are once-off and only payable after a successful placement has been made—right at the end of the process.
Kindly note that placement fees are non-refundable.
what is the guarantee period?
When you hire a nanny through our agency, we include a Guarantee Period in your placement package.
Think of it as your safety net.
• The guarantee period starts from the very first day your new nanny begins working with you.
• If, during this period, something doesn’t work out — whether the nanny resigns or the placement isn’t the right fit — you can let us know.
• As long as you follow all the necessary legal and fair procedures to release the employee, we will step in to find you a replacement nanny at no extra cost.
Please note: while we will replace the candidate, the placement fee is non-refundable.
